Seems there are two definitions. In one, the capacity of the data link is multiplied with the end to end delay, in another, the capacity of the data link is multiplied with the RTT. Which one should we use during a test? IIRC, the first homework had us use the end to end delay, whereas the second homework has us use the RTT latency.
