[Bro-Dev] Bro workshop slides and exercises on the website

Hi,

I think we should put the Bro workshop slides and exercises on the 
homepage. The ones from the 2007 workshop are linked from the old wiki 
but the link is now broken. I couldn't find the slides or exercises for 
the 2009 workshop. IMHO those slides might help users getting a good 
start with Bro.
