 This can be merged again (for final time unless you find something) and
 I'll follow up with testing/tweaks in `policy-scripts-new`

 I think you had automatic doc generation on the web server, which will
 probably be broken by that change in source path from `doc/` to
 `doc/scripts` which got reflected in the build directory, too.
