 `broctl scripts` output:

 proxy-1 is ok.
   cat: loaded_scripts*: No such file or directory
 worker-1 is ok.
   cat: loaded_scripts*: No such file or directory
 worker-2 is ok.
   cat: loaded_scripts*: No such file or directory
 }}}

 Which I think is because those cluster node types disable local logging.
 Is there a way to set `Log::enable_local_logging=F`, but whitelist the
 `loaded_scripts.log` stream?
