 I added the configure-time check in fastpath
 [5478f4fdecad980c8821b8e2c7c3b2cbb9908917/broctl], but typo'd the trac-
 integration commit message.  I had settled on printing a warning if no
 sendmail is found, but proceeding with the build since running broctl
 without sendmail is not an erroneous configuration.
