Comment:

 Let's make this check for compiler warning output a btest that runs only
 in certain conditions e.g. @test-requires that checks for an environment
 variable or a btest group (pending patch from Robin).  That way it will
 always run permanently on NMI, but we'll also have the option to easily
 run it locally.
