Comment:

 The `topic/jsiwek/find-pythondev` branch in repos `cmake`, `broccoli-
 python`, and `pysubnettree` generally simplifies the process of finding
 Python libraries through use of python-config (if not available, it falls
 back on old FindPythonLibs call).  And since python-config can also be
 derived from the location of the python interpreter, this makes it harder
 to mismatch libraries and interpreter versions.
