 The `cmake_minimum_required()` for all the repos is 2.6 and documentation
 also says 2.6 or greater is required, but some CMake scripts now do things
 that are incompatible with versions less than 2.6.3.  That requirement is
 generally fulfilled by package repositories of distros we support, so I'd
 like to increase the minimum to 2.6.3.  Since this involves minor changes
 to all the repos, I'll do it directly in master branches unless you'd like
 me to make topic branches, Robin.
