 I found another problem: if a "broctl stop" happens while a normal
 log rotation/archive is happening, then there will be two background
 processes that are trying to write to the same file (conn-summary.log)
 in the same directory at the same time.  As a result, only one
 conn-summary.log will be created, instead of two.
