This branch has some remaining cleanups related to the FAF:

* Fix outdated docs.
* Had to reorganize layout of some scripts to make "bare mode" loading work (Broxygen currently relies on that)
* Internal code refactoring
** Distinct tag type for file analyzers, separate from protocol analyzer
** File analyzer tag no longer lumped in with AnalyzerArgs
** Removed some duplicated tag/component management code by giving it separate class templates.
