When trying to figure out throughput, we use the statistic that 0.5% of
packets are dropped. Is it important to know the packet size for this, or
should we give some theoretical result (since the statistic was based on
packets and not data) where the throughput is described by packets per
second?

Or perhaps there's a totally different throughput equation we're supposed to
utilize? :(
