The changes should be live soon, but until then, the changes were:

Rename mnl_conf_4a* to mnl_conf_3b*, pair mnl_conf_3b* with file3.ppt
Move mnl_conf_4c* to mnl_conf_4a*
Update IMPORTANT.README to reflect the above
