[ee122] Very Last Minute Project 2 Question

I was wondering if we were supposed to explicitly describe our congestion
and flow control mechanisms.  I mentioned them while explaining the other
parts of the project, but the project guidelines don't mention anything
about flow/congestions control.  They seem like important pieces of the
protocol, so do we need to describe exactly how they work in words or is
following the prompts in the guidelines sufficient?
