[ee122] Question out of curiousity #7

I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 on my laptop. I ran the reverse look up for the
IP we're supposed to find in part B. On my machine I get an error: (not
the actual domain name I "dug")

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

Then I ssh into pulsar.cs.berkeley.edu, run the exact same command and
it works.. just curious as to why that might happen. Dig worked for the
rest of the problem on my machine, and this didn't..
