Hi Benjamin-

The lectures are generally posted before classtime. For example,
Friday's lecture was live and linked as of Thursday night.  The
subject matter will also be pretty close to the content in the text,
so feel free to browse the corresponding chapter in the text book.  I
hope this helps.
