[ee122] Project Spec Clarification

Part A is necessary for full credit of Part B.  It will be safe to
assume that you can submit one client/server pair once you have
created a fully working Part B.

If you are having trouble with EITHER part and are worried about
getting full credit, it would behoove you to submit a .zip of the
first part, or the second part sans networking, in addition to your
attempt at the other part.  Does that make sense?  This would help
Daniel in giving you partial credit where applicable.
