[ee122] project #1 test server updated

Daniel has updated the server and it's now running at:

	ilinux3.eecs.berkeley.edu:7788

I've turned off the old server.

Note, if you want to run your server on one of the instructional machines
and access it from another, you need to use ilinux3.eecs (or sphere.cs or
cube.cs) since most of the other instructional machines have firewalls
that prevent them from running user services :-(.
