Hello, Netalyzr team

In the first place I would like to congratulate you for the great piece
of software you have made! It is really very impressive.

I work for NIC.br (Brazilian Network Information Center), a non-profit
brazilian organization linked to the Brazilian Internet Steering
Committee (http://www.cgi.br/internacional/index.htm), and right now we
are involved with some projects intended to measure the quality of the
Brazilian Internet infrastructure. Among them, we have one java applet,
we called "SIMET" (portuguese acronym for Traffic Measurement System),
intended to measure some of the characteristics of last mile links, as
bandwidth, latency and jitter (http://simet.ceptro.br - sorry,
portuguese only). Running your software we start wondering if you intend
to release it as an open source project, or if, by any other means, you
could permit us to incorporate some of the tests we do not have yet in
our own software.

I am also involved with SIMON project (http://simon.lacnic.net -
http://lacnic.net/documentos/lacnicxii/presentaciones/napla/08_Jose_Miguel_Guzman.pdf).
It has a very specific objective today, but I am also wondering if we
couldn't use some of your code into it in the near future.

Best Regards,
