Not in any meaningful way: because the data is encrypted, it really can't do anything other than passing packets. I'm using a 2mbps data plan, GSM 3G, iPhone5 from www.kolbi.cr I live in Costa Rica, one of the few countries with true unlimited data transfer on GSM 3G. I have Windows 7 Pro, with AVG Free edition (no firewall). I connect the iPhone5 to the PC using USB cable.
