It is a research project and the researchers might entertain partners but would hold their hard work close for the duration of the project. The cycle time for publishing is so long that a leak of data or insight could cost a student or professor tenure or an advanced degree. A well framed research proposal might find a home in the correct context. There are political and legal concerns real and imagined. Being cautious with the databases is advised. I should note: I am not one of the researchers. I run the tool from time to time and see unexpected results. The tool has helped me fix small problems that shouldn't be public.
