[Tmrg] Tweak of schedule for round table

Greetings all,

To accommodate a request by colleagues who will be attending remotely,
I'd like to swap the session on "impact on congestion control" (early
afternoon on Thursday) with the one on "convergence time".

The new agenda is at

If that is inconvenient for anyone (especially the session leaders,
Larry and Sally, or those attending from other time zones), please let
