[Tmrg] slides for Sally's discussion at the CalTach meeting

Hi,

These slides are great!

I think that, while it's now common to include at least
one or two TCP-friendliness tests based on one scenario
in studies about high speed CC variants, there is still
too little focus in most current work on the impact that
such mechanisms have on other traffic (and therefore
I'm cc'ing ICCRG  :-)  ).
