Hi,

it might make sense to add a one or two test cases that include a GSM  
or UMTS access link.

Both have the interesting characteristic that the link delay is  
pretty high (~200ms for UMTS, > 1 sec for GSM) and worse, the delay  
can jump around quite a bit (i.e,, double or more) on very short  
timescales. This might prove challenging for TCPs that use path delay  
for congestion estimation.

That said, I can't point you at a good model for such links. But  
maybe someone else can?
