I'd prefer to see ~52kbit/sec down and 33kbit/sec up for the "dial-up"
case, to model the (IMHO more likely) V.90 case rather than V.92.
(Also I note a comment on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V.92#V.92
that V.92's upstream 48kbit/sec only occurs if you're willing take
a hit on the downstream rate... although, I'm taking the easy way
out here by relying on a wikipedia article. Perhaps someone else
can clarify the relevance / market penetration of V.92 today?)
