	libxorp       test_run_command.sh 

Log message:
	Add the missing test_run_command.sh wrapper.
	This is needed to run test_run_command.exe under Win32 because
	running it directly under bash introduces process weirdness.
	It is a no-op under UNIX; it just execs the test binary.
