Log message:
	Add -DNETSNMP_NO_INLINE to the list of the compiler flags to disable
	the use of inline functions in the net-snmp header files.
	
	This fixes a compilation problem with some compilers
	(e.g., g++-3.4.2 on FreeBSD-4.10).
