Log message:
	* Fix the test whether the system supports IPv4 multicast routing so
	  now it works for Linux.
	  Unfortunately, now the test contains a number of hacks because of
	  broken Linux include files.
	
	* Remove the uncoditional hardcoding that Linux always support IPv4
	  multicast routing.
