Log message:
	* Update the local copy of the random(3) implementation by using the
	  NetBSD version instead of the FreeBSD version. Hopefully, the
	  NetBSD version is more portable and should fix compilation problem
	  on MIPS and other platforms that are sensitive to cast alignment.
	* Now that most of the code is replaced, update the copyright message
	  as well.
