Log message:
* Rename PimMre::recompute_rp_register_sg_changed()
to rp_register_sg_changed() and call it from
PimMre::uncond_set_pim_rp() whenever the RP changes,
instead of adding it as one of the operations when
INPUT_STATE_RP_CHANGED set of actions is performed.
The reason is because by the time recompute_rp_register_sg_changed()
is called, the RP has been already changed in the (S,G) state,
and therefore recompute_rp_register_sg_changed() doesn't have the
state to know whether the RP really changed, or it is still the
same as earlier.
* Remove OUTPUT_STATE_RP_REGISTER_SG_CHANGED and related methods
* Regenerate docs/pim_track_state_name.txt and pim_track_state_num.txt
* Refactor PimMfc::recompute_iif_olist_mfc()
