Log message:
	Replace old FinderServer code with new code cribbed from new finder,
	because for some reason the old code didn't work properly anymore.
	
	rtrmgr can now start bgp, rib and fea, take a full routing table from
	the cisco, and be manually configured through xorpsh to take the BGP
	peering up and down.  Yes, we've been here before, but given all the
	changes everywhere, it's good to be back here again.
