Log message:
* Implement the splitting of Join/Prune entries among a number
of Join/Prune messages: e.g., if the size of a message becomes too
large, or if the number of the groups is more than 255 (the
maximum number of groups in a message).
Note: currently, the code assumes that the maximum message
size is 65535 for IPv6 and 65535-few_bytes for IPv4, though
in reality this size is smaller if we use XRLs over UDP
(e.g., at least a single control message that is sent over
an UDP datagram has to have the space for few XRL
arguments).
* Fix few bugs related to the construction of Join/Prune messages.
