Log message:
* Implement template keyword %mandatory that takes as arguments
a list of child nodes that must be present in the configuration
(e.g., they must either have a default value, or the user configuration
file must specify them).
* Add new method ConfigTreeNode::verify_configuration() that
verifies whether the configuration is valid. For the time being
it checks only whether the %mandatory child nodes are in place.
