Log message:
	Add seven more unit tests, each testing a different possible race
	condition of route addition and deletion during the process of dumping
	routes to a new peer.  All the 40 different code path fragments
	through route_change_is_valid are covered by unit tests, and so all
	the branches have been run at least once.  Adding these tests revealed
	two more bugs, which are now fixed.
	
	I can't think of any more tests to add, so hopefully BGP will be more
	stable now when peers are flapping.
