XORP CVS repository

Modified files:
	fea fti_transaction.hh xrl_target.cc

Log message:
Mark the directly-connected routes and propagate them down
to the FEA. Leave it to the bottom part of the FEA to decide
whether to install them or to ignore them.

For example, if we write to the UNIX kernel, we should not
	modify the directly-connected routing entries.
If we deal with Click, then we should install the directly-connected
	routes.
