Log message:
	* Add a policy name mapping between "rib" and "connected".
	  Note that now the name of the protocol that identifies the
	  connected routes (for policy-related needs) is "connected",
	  while previously it was the ambiguous "rib" (the RIB targetname).
	
	* Move the "connected"-related policy template stuff to rib.tp
