Log message:
	Slight refactoring of the database exchange. The packet holding all
	the state of the last packet from the neighbour is no longer
	manipulated.
	
	The majority of the comparisons are now performed against the routers
	own packets rather than the last packet from the neighbour.
	
	The trace messages now contain neighbour information.
