Log message:
	* Include "libxorp/xorp.h" header file.
	* If the system header files don't define BYTE_ORDER or __BYTE_ORDER,
	  then utilize the result of the autoconf AC_C_BIGENDIAN() macro to
	  discover whether the system is big or little endian: if the
	  system is big endian, then WORDS_BIGENDIAN is defined.
