Log message:
	Uncomment the definition of the "nexthop4" and "nexthop6" nodes in
	the "then" policy statement.
	Eventually, those were suppose to be uncommented in bgp.tp revision 1.82
	as part of the fix for Bugzilla entry #500.
	
	Note that this omission was not an issue simply because the same
	"nexthop4" template node is defined more than once elsewhere:
	inside ospfv2.tp and rip.tp
