Log message:
	Test BGP_CONF.1.15B: ATOMIC_AGGREGATE Attribute
	
	This test is not complete it should check for Atomic Aggregate
	Attribute and Aggregator Attribute AS/3 10.0.0.1 in the update packets.
	
	At the moment it only checks the final routing tables to verify that
	only the aggregate route is present.
