Log message:
	Bugfix: aggregate routes were marked with the "AGGREGATOR" attribute
	containing our own AS number, but the BGP ID of a peer from which the
	first component route was accepted.  The correct behavior is obviously
	to send both our own AS number and BGP ID in an AGGREGATOR attribute.
