Log message:
	* Remove the _ignore_my_packets flag, because it is not used.
	
	* Port-back the Windows-specific changes from rawsock.cc
	  to reduce the differences between both implementations.
	  Eventually, in the future mfea_proto_comm.* will go away
	  and only the rawsock.* mechanism will be used.
