Log message:
	If the net-snmp version is earlier than 5.2, then define
	HAVE_NETSNMP_ASN_IPADDRESS_HOST_ORDER.
	
	Apparently, older version returned ASN_IPADDRESS values in host
	order (e.g., when obtained by parse_oid_indexes() or
	parse_one_oid_index()).
