Log message:
	* Removed the test_mld6igmp stand-alone program, because it is not
	  needed/used anymore.
	
	* Removed associated shell scripts that are not needed anymore.
	
	* Cleanup the list of libraries, because many of them were
	  needed only because of the test_mld6igmp binary.
