Log message:
	* Added a new tinderbox variable: COMMON_ENV that can be used to
	  set common environment variables.
	* Set COMMON_ENV to "XORP_FINDER_SERVER_PORT=19797" so a XORP tinderbox
	  instance runs on port that is different from the default.
	
	This fixes a bug with incorrect setting of the XORP_FINDER_SERVER_PORT
	environment variable: it was printed in the email messages, but wasn't
	actually set.
