Log message:
	In OSPFv2 the Router-LSAs and Network-LSAs contain all the addressing
	information, in OSPFv3 the Router-LSAs and Network-LSAs reference
	Intra-Area-Prefix-LSAs (possibly more than one), add a function to
	return all prefixes associated with an LSA.
