Log message:
	The syntax for OSPFv3 in the config file is now:
	
	protocols {
	        ospf6 0 {
	...
	
	Previously the syntax was:
	
	protocols {
	        ospf6 {
	...
	
	The number after the protocol name is an instance ID, this value is
	currently ignored but in the future will allow multiple instances of
	OSPFv3 to be run.
