Log message:
	Catch the new exception XrlArgs::BadArgs instead of
	XrlArgs::XrlAtomNotFound and print/return more verbose error
	description.
	
	This fixes a critical XRL-related bug triggered by malformatted XRLs
	that have, for example, argument with missing value.
