Log message:
	Fix the check for <linux/netlink.h> and <linux/rtnetlink.h> header
	files to conditionally include <sys/types.h> and <sys/socket.h>
	instead of <linux/socket.h> .
	
	This fixes ./configure problem on Ubuntu-7.04
