Log message:
	Added "#ifdef IFM_TOKEN" guard when using IFM_TOKEN.
	This is needed because OpenBSD 4.1-current has removed Token Ring
	support:
	http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/sys/net/if_media.h.diff?r1=1.23&r2=1.24
	
	This fixes Bugzilla entry #718.
