Log message:
	Added a shell script that can be used to automatically
	update the CVS/Root files to point to a new CVS repository.
	
	Usage: ./update_cvsroot.sh [-a | -d | -h]
	    -a     Set CVS Root to the anonymous CVS
	           Default: :pserver:xorpcvs at anoncvs.xorp.org:/cvs
	    -d     Set CVS Root to the developer CVS
	           Default: cvs.xorp.org:/usr/local/share/doc/apache/cvs
	    -h     Print usage
